Our tickets got sold without us asking for it. There is nobody to call only chat no service to solve your problem at all.

I understand that you have decided to sell the ticket since you can no longer make it since the event was rescheduled and you can't locate the other ticket so you can transfer this.
As I checked here in your Ticketmaster account, your other ticket is under this booking 1-24005/UK8 and the other remaining ticket is under this order 1-24141/UK8.
Each order has only 1 ticket, kindly refresh your Ticketmaster account and the other ticket will show and you may transfer this.

Our problem is the following:
-We did buy 2 tickets for coldplay
-Date : 8 sept
-We bought flying tickets and made an hotel reservation
-Than we received change of date from the 8th of sept to the 12th of sept
-We are living in the netherlands and we have another important apointmemt on the 12th of sept
-So we decide to sell our 2 tickets
-We already lost our flight tickets
-We received 2 tickets 1-1040 / 9-893 last monday and saved them in the wallet
-we already made a deal with a new buyer and agreed to send them or tranfered the 2 tickets as soon we have received them
-then i received an mail to sent them and i did sent it
-i also received an mail : succesfully transfered to Kate G
-but there was only one transfered
-when i had contact with one of the support guys Shawn he suggest to empty the wallet and then the tickets will be found in my tickets on the ticketmaster site
-but that was NOT what happened
-he suggest to wait a few hours and refresh the my tickets and they will appear
-so now we have only the mails with the ticket nrs but not the real tickets (with scan code) to use for new owner at the entrance
-what to do next ???
-we have al the best jntensions hope you understand our problem and can help.

Ze liegen heel veel. Maken beloftes.
2 maanden geleden kaartjes gekocht voor de verjaardag van mijn zoon voor een voetbalwedstrijd van gisteren. Ik heb oppas moeten regelen en betalen en kreeg op t laatste moment half uur voor de wedstrijd te horen dat de kaartjes er niet waren. Oppas betaald voor niets en ze hebben beloofd om mijn geld binnen 72 uur over te maken. Ik geloof niets meer van hun.
Doen ze dat niet dan doe ik aangifte. Velen mensen hebben hetzelfde meegemaakt en geen geld terug gehad. T koste 193 euro!
Plus oppaskosten! Als ik mijn geld niet terug krijg zorg ik er voor met de andere gedupeerden dat Viagogo stopt en wordt veroordeeld
Ik wacht al 2 maanden op mijn kaaarten. Ze beloven mij al 2 maanden dat ik ze krijg.
Bijna 200 euro betaald voor Ajax Heracles voor vandaag en nog niks ontvangen!
Viagogo beloofd en doet niks en geld kwijt! Was voor de verjaardag van mijn zoon!!

I had a really bad experience with Viagogo. I bought a ticket for a concert Ive been dreaming of attending for so long one that truly meant a lot to me.
But when I got to the venue, they didnt let me in. The ticket I paid for wasnt valid.
I cant explain how disappointed and heartbroken I am.
It completely ruined my day, and honestly, Im still upset about it. This was supposed to be a special moment, and instead, it turned into a huge letdown.

I have ordered a ticket for Ajax- Galatasaray football game - order no: 55318****
I have never received the ticket; I tried contacting Viagogo and Ajax App multiple times. Ajax refused to help and canceled the order.
I sent the screenshots to Viagogo, but they insisted that the ticket be available in the Ajax App at the end.
I paid 230 Euros to Viagogo, but I could never get the tickets, and I missed the game.
I am very disappointed and looking for an immediate refund from Viagogo.. Thanks,

Our tickets QR code didnt work at Teddy swims. After calling and being on the phone for long time to sort it out with customer care they send us new QR codes which were then accepted .
